working with curious humans to discover what happens next
You do not need to have it all together to start here.
If you’re looking for ADHD or executive function coaching, you have come to the right place.
I’m Sam, a Certified ADHD Coach with lived experience.
I work with:
people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or unsure where to begin.
You do not need to be organised or certain of what you need to get in touch.
That is what coaching does – it gives you space and time to sift, sort and define, for yourself, what’s important.
A free 30 minute intro session gives us a chance to see what’s going on, what you need, and whether coaching feels like a good fit.
No pressure to be organised, polished, or certain.

“Thank you, Sam, for helping me to love and understand myself more than ever before. Sam is an incredible ADHD coach, I could not recommend her more!“
– Alex
“[Coaching] is having someone to help you work out for yourself the answers to life’s challenges, making it so you can also do it outside of coaching sessions.
I am going to continue working with Sam, it helps me stay on track. I feel more confident I can manage my daily and weekly self care tasks. Big thanks Sam for working with me, I really appreciate your help.“
– K.K.
“Sam explains concepts really well and is great at making you see things in a positive light, making you realise that you do things differently not necessarily the wrong way. This allows you to formulate a strategy or think about how you could incorporate your unique thinking or motivators to you get through what is tough for you.”
– L.M.
“What makes Sam stand out is not just her expertise in ADHD, but her empathy, patience, and ability to celebrate small wins along the way. For the first time, I feel in control of my day-to-day life, and I’m genuinely excited about my future. I can’t recommend Sam highly enough to anyone with ADHD who is ready to make positive, lasting change.“
– R.K.
