Coaching topics
Not sure what to bring to coaching?
That’s completely fine. People come to coaching with all kinds of things, and we can start wherever it feels most helpful.
Here are some common topics:
Getting started on tasks, big or small
Figuring out how to organise a day (or just a morning) that actually works
Managing a big project without getting lost in the details
Talking to a friend, partner, or workplace about something that is not working.
Advocating for accommodations at work or for your child at school.
Planning for transitions: moving house, pregnancy, parenting, family changes, perimenopause
Working through a recent diagnosis and what it means for you
Is it burnout?
Or is it me?
I want accommodations at work but don’t know what to ask for
I’m studying and want to change my routine and habits
Adjusting your tempo, energy, or expectations when life is a lot.
I want to create a routine/planner/calendar that actually sticks
Changing jobs, study, or direction when you recognise something needs to change
I’m able to do amazing work but I can’t
clean my house
If your topic is not listed here, that does not mean it does not belong.
If it’s important to you, feels hard, or like you’ve been dragging it around with you for too long, it is worth bringing to coaching.
