After the revelations that come with filling out forms, and poring over old school reports, having the diagnosis confirmed can often be followed by a feeling of:

Up to 3 x 45-minute ‘Soft Landing’ sessions ($100/session) + email follow-up

Get the time and space to:

• Check if everyone feels this way after a diagnosis (they do)
• Ask questions about the unexpected stuff that’s come up
• Think about how to tell loved ones
• Learn what support is out there
• Vent
• Start to make sense of what this means for you

Sam will use a coaching style, which means you’ll walk away without feeling like you have been lectured to, and with a bit of a better idea of what your ADHD identification/diagnosis may mean

More importantly, you’ll be invited to think about what you may want to do next.

These sessions are not coaching – they’re a soft landing into ADHD, neurodivergence, and a way forward.

Think of them as a space to organise your thoughts, ask questions, and get oriented.

I will recommend how many sessions we do based on where you are with your knowledge and understanding of the path ahead.
